As a Territory Sales Manager for Government Services, you will play a crucial role in introducing our innovative VR pain management platform to the Veterans Affairs (VA) and Department of Defense (DoD) across a dynamic multi-state territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a multi-state territory, engaging in regular in-person sales activities, with expectations of 4-5 days of field engagement, including 1-2 overnight trips weekly.
- Present our state-of-the-art VR pain management solution to healthcare providers within the VA and DoD, fostering understanding and adoption.
- Cultivate strong, enduring relationships within VA and DoD facilities to promote consistent utilization of our product.
- Educate key stakeholders on the clinical evidence supporting VRx as a transformative treatment for chronic pain, underlining its benefits for patients.
- Actively seek and pursue new sales leads, ensuring an autonomous and efficient work style.
- Utilize your knowledge of reimbursement strategies to develop and maintain a robust business portfolio.
- Represent our company at industry conferences and trade shows, enhancing product and brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities to provide transparency into the sales pipeline and assist in precise forecasting.
- Adapt sales tactics to accommodate emerging channels and initiatives within the organization.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or medical sales, especially related to prescriptive durable medical equipment, pharmaceutical pain solutions, or medical devices.
- Familiarity with the VA and DoD is advantageous but not essential; veterans are especially encouraged to apply.
- Experience in selling disruptive technologies or introducing new products is highly valued.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the pain management industry, including telehealth trends, reimbursement protocols, and the durable medical equipment market.
- Independent, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to self-manage priorities in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Valid US driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively for in-person client engagements.
- A proven track record in medical sales or B2B sales with an emphasis on emerging technologies.

- Base Salary: \(100,000 - \)120,000, commensurate with experience and geographic location.
- Total Compensation: Attractive commission structure, car allowance, and equity options.
