Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls and networking.
- Make over 100 calls daily to connect with prospective clients.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients both remotely and through in-person interactions.
- Collaborate with local professionals to establish a strong referral network.
- Evaluate client needs and provide informed recommendations for optimal insurance coverage.
- Educate clients on the significance of comprehensive insurance protection.
- Exceptional ability to foster relationships and adeptly handle client objections.
- Self-driven with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to client service.
- Excellent communication capabilities to engage clients effectively.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and follow up diligently on leads and client inquiries.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is advantageous.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Allstate or a comparable agency (REQUIRED).
- Demonstrated success in a sales-oriented role, with the ability to sell at least 20 items monthly (REQUIRED).
- A valid Property & Casualty Insurance License (REQUIRED).
- Prior experience in a remote work setting with a dedicated, quiet workspace (REQUIRED).
