Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with small to medium-sized businesses through strategic outreach and engaging with key stakeholders.
  • Design and implement tailored sales training programs aimed at enhancing sales skills, product knowledge, objection handling techniques, and customer relationship management.
  • Conduct dynamic training sessions for both new hires and seasoned sales professionals, ensuring they possess the necessary tools and insights to thrive in their roles.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to ascertain training requirements and devise effective strategies to meet those needs.
  • Assess training effectiveness using feedback, performance metrics, and evaluations, refining approaches for ongoing enhancement.
  • Provide continuous support and coaching to new sales representatives, reinforcing training concepts to optimize their performance.
  • Mentor new team members, guiding them through their initial phases to promote their success within the organization.
