Job Overview

Join our dynamic Digital UX Strategy team as a Senior Product UI/UX Designer in a fully remote capacity. We are dedicated to enhancing customer experiences through innovative design across various platforms, including our web application and endpoint agents. In this pivotal role, you will focus on creating user-centric solutions that align with both customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the comprehensive product design lifecycle, from initial ideation to final deployment, ensuring that both user requirements and business aspirations are effectively addressed.
• Conduct and lead user research initiatives employing qualitative and quantitative methodologies to inform and refine design strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of UX Strategy to pinpoint opportunities, drive project execution, and advocate for user needs.
• Develop and uphold a consistent design system that resonates with our evolving brand identity.
• Mentor fellow designers and champion user-centered design principles throughout the organization, fostering customer-driven decision-making.
  
  

Required Skills

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product design, ideally within the SaaS or B2B sectors.
• A robust digital portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work and demonstrating measurable outcomes.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries, emphasizing a user-centered approach.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data-driven insights, including user surveys and engagement metrics.
• Comprehensive understanding of user behavior and expectations in digital environments.
• Familiarity with web architecture and responsive design principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven track record in leading design projects and presenting innovative solutions.
