Job Overview

We are in search of a dynamic Vice President of GTM Strategy & Operations to spearhead our global marketing, sales, and support functions within our Integrated Customer Group. This executive position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Strategy & Operations and plays a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, leading annual planning, operational oversight, budget management, and technology integration for enhanced business insights and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Formulate and implement a comprehensive operations strategy that aligns with corporate objectives, collaborating with executive leadership to ensure organizational success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with departments across GTM, Finance, HR, IT, and Product Engineering to improve communication and operational efficiency.
  • Revenue Optimization: Adopt best practices for lead management and sales execution, utilizing data-driven insights to pinpoint growth opportunities.
  • Technology Integration: Evaluate and deploy tools and systems to streamline the customer journey, partnering with IT and Revenue Enablement for a cohesive tech ecosystem.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess success and provide strategic insights to the executive team.
  • Team Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing global operations team, promoting collaboration and professional development across diverse time zones.

Required Skills

  • Extensive leadership experience (15 years) with a demonstrated history in SaaS.
  • Proficiency in overseeing Sales, Marketing, and Support Operations, including strategy formulation and vision development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships across GTM, Finance, HR, IT, and Product teams.
  • Experience leading global teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exceptional executive presence with proficiency in engaging with C-level executives.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Salary range: \(262,650-\)355,350 USD annually, plus variable compensation (bonus/equity as applicable).
  • Hybrid role with in-office presence required three days a week (Tuesday-Thursday).
