Overview

Join our innovative team as a Digital Media & Video Trainee for the 2025 season. This exciting role presents an exceptional opportunity for creative individuals eager to gain practical experience in digital media, video production, and graphic design, all within the vibrant world of sports.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging video and graphic content for various sports divisions, including our baseball organizations.
• Assist in the creation of game day programs and other promotional materials.
• Develop compelling content for video displays, email marketing, print media, signage, and social media platforms.
• Conceptualize and carry out photo and video shoots to support promotional initiatives.
• Manage in-stadium graphic requests from multiple teams and departments efficiently.
• Support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Demonstrated experience in graphic design, video post-production, and social media content creation.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• Positive attitude with the ability to adapt to feedback and evolving priorities.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
