Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with government personnel and stakeholders to drive project success and build effective partnerships.
- Offer expert technical guidance and strategic planning to ensure project alignment with established objectives.
- Track project performance consistently, resolve issues in a timely manner, and explore opportunities for process enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to relevant policies, regulations, and contractual requirements.
- Serve as the key liaison to address government inquiries and provide timely project updates.
- Identify and evaluate risks, informing stakeholders of any contractual or programmatic challenges.
- Strong technical project management skills.

- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 24 semester hours in business-related coursework from an accredited institution, OR 10 years of experience as a federal contract specialist in place of a degree.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in quality management activities for government acquisitions.
- At least 5 years' experience in developing acquisition policies and guidance.
- Relevant certifications such as DAWIA Level III, FAC-C Level III, NCMA Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM), or NCMA Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) are preferred.
