- Manage small to mid-sized healthcare projects throughout all phases, from initial conception to final delivery.
- Coordinate all administrative and technical dimensions of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop comprehensive work plans and maintain effective communication with project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and scope while assessing financial performance indicators.
- Lead project review meetings to monitor progress and address critical milestones.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Integrate quality assurance measures into project strategies and ensure consistent execution.
- Utilize technical knowledge to assist with detailing and writing specifications.
