- Supporting the Sales and Marketing team by maintaining proficiency in the CRM lead tracking system.
- Assisting in the management of current prospect records and ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
- Fostering trusting relationships with prospects by understanding the unique offerings of Sunrise and how they meet the needs of our customers.
- Ensuring that model suites and apartments are well-maintained and visually appealing.
- Collaborating with leadership to set, monitor, and achieve sales goals in a timely manner.
- Demonstrating exceptional telephone skills to generate qualified leads and secure appointments.
- Managing the administrative and physical aspects of the resident move-in process in accordance with established checklists.
- Ensuring open and ongoing communication with residents and their families to facilitate a smooth transition into the community.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements throughout the sales process.
- Supporting the execution of successful sales and marketing events.
In order to excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a sales support capacity or two (2) years as a member of the Sunrise team.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Competence in facilitating small group presentations.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and Sunrise software.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- One (1) year of relevant experience in a sales support role and/or two (2) years as a Sunrise Team Member.
- Familiarity with customer service or sales practices.
- Demonstrated judgment, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills.
