Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and uphold a detailed and structured project plan for the implementation of the Workday Adaptive Planning Module.
- Identify critical milestones, tasks, and deadlines to monitor progress and guarantee adherence to the project schedule.
- Engage and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring their active participation in discussions and decision-making processes.
- Lead productive project meetings, ensuring discussions remain focused, and document key outcomes and action items.
- Proactively evaluate potential project risks and collaborate with stakeholders to devise effective mitigation strategies.
- Summarize progress after each project milestone and align stakeholders on forthcoming action items, deadlines, and responsibilities.
- Identify additional needs or possible enhancements during the implementation phase, prioritizing them based on business objectives.
- Conduct a comprehensive review at the project's conclusion to capture insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, specifically in the implementation of HR systems, with a preference for expertise in Workday Planning modules.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of facilitating meetings and recording essential action items.
- Solid experience in stakeholder management to ensure alignment and active engagement across teams.
- Familiarity with risk management practices and the development of mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
