Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the deployment of cybersecurity initiatives within the naval sector.
- Direct teams through the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process, ensuring adherence to established compliance standards.
- Formulate and enact comprehensive cybersecurity policies and procedures.
- Assess and address cyber threats that could impact submarine operations.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to fulfill project goals effectively.
- 10 years of experience in Navy programs.
- 3 years in cybersecurity or Risk Management Framework (RMF).
- 2 years of leadership or project management experience.
- Proficiency in eMASS or similar cybersecurity management tools.
- Understanding of afloat programs and their specific cybersecurity challenges.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
- DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II Certification.
