Key Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a team of credit and collections professionals, fostering a culture of mentorship and high performance.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve the order-to-cash process, ensuring seamless credit approval and collection.
- Identify potential credit risks proactively and implement strategies to minimize bad debt.
- Collaborate closely with sales and other departments to drive revenue growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decision-making and track team progress.
- Oversee the implementation and enhancement of credit and collections systems, such as HighRadius or similar platforms.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of demonstrated leadership experience in credit and collections settings.
- Extensive background in cash application, credit, collections, and accounts receivable spanning 7-10 years.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective interactions with clients, colleagues, and senior management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with relevant ERP systems.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline is preferred.
