Key Responsibilities
- Lead the FP&A processes, working in conjunction with corporate teams and overseeing resources across various organizational tiers.
- Provide financial planning support services across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Assist in the formulation and monitoring of strategic goals, delivering comprehensive reports and presentations to senior management.
- Oversee financial modeling frameworks to yield critical insights and facilitate executive decision-making.
- Spearhead the annual budgeting, operating planning, and quarterly forecasting processes with precision and timeliness.
- Track and communicate financial performance, collaborating with internal teams to sustain financial health.

- Experience with ERP/BI systems such as Oracle, Domo, Power BI, or Tableau is preferred.

- Experience in banking, financial services, or credit card lending is a plus.
