Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a group of engineers through the complete software development lifecycle.
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications, APIs, and database models.
- Collaborate closely with user experience designers, product managers, and stakeholders to gather and refine project requirements.
- Oversee application deployments and provide post-release support.
- Propose and implement best practices and processes to improve quality and productivity.
- Review and endorse application code modifications, ensuring adherence to high coding standards.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating new frameworks, platforms, and tools.
- Assess team members' performance and offer guidance for their professional advancement.
- 5 years of experience in front-end development, particularly with a focus on React.
- Preferred background in .NET development, although candidates with strong React skills and Java experience will also be considered.
- Comprehensive understanding of ASP.NET Core, Spring Boot, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or Vue.js is advantageous.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in the design and optimization of relational databases.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or relevant certifications).
