Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop user-friendly, responsive web interfaces utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Create interactive elements like forms, animations, and modals to enrich user experiences.
- Leverage modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js for intricate applications.
- Optimize front-end performance using best practices related to caching, requests, and image optimization.
- Ensure compatibility across different browsers and uphold accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to turn design concepts into functional front-end code.
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of system architecture and propose enhancements.
- Mentor team members, fostering a culture of best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.

- Solid background in Java, Python, or C programming.
- Familiar with RESTful APIs, XML, JSON, SOAP, YAML, JavaScript, AJAX, and JSP.
- Strong SQL querying capabilities.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks.
- Knowledgeable in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in software development and healthcare technology.
- Over 10 years of experience in software development, primarily focused on designing and building scalable systems.
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, guiding a development team.
- Experience with component libraries such as PrimeReact and MUI.
- Understanding of authentication and security standards, including JWT and OAuth.
- Familiar with tools such as Maven, Gradle, Kubernetes, Docker, VirtualBox, and ELK Stack.
- Experience in an Agile development environment.
