Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and, when applicable, group therapy sessions.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, formulate differential diagnoses, and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Maintain meticulous client records, document therapy sessions, and adhere to deadlines.
- Collaborate with external agencies, such as schools and social services, when necessary.
- Serve as an advocate for clients and liaise with community resources to ensure holistic care.
- Licensed in New Jersey as an LSW, LAC, or LAMFT (pending licensure is considered).
- Preferred experience includes working with children aged 10 and couples therapy.
- A dedicated and personable approach to client engagement and care.
- A collaborative spirit, eager to develop and manage a caseload of at least 12 clients per week.
- Flexibility for early morning, evening, and weekend hours.
- Master's degree in a relevant field (Required).
- Valid New Jersey licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) (Required).

- Competitive fee-for-service compensation ranging from \(50 to \)55 per hour.
- Eligibility for a discretionary Longevity & Performance Annual Bonus.
