Key Responsibilities
- Lead product development initiatives for our CRM and pharmacy operations platform, ensuring the seamless integration of analytical tools to optimize patient onboarding, medication intake, clinical assessments, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal development teams and stakeholders to devise innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency and scalability.
- Coordinate with leadership teams to define and prioritize product enhancements that align with strategic goals.
- Serve as a liaison among technical, analytical, and operational teams to ensure effective communication and decision-making.
- Support product launches by anticipating change management requirements, providing training, and communicating updates to users.
- Proactively identify challenges and make informed trade-offs to ensure timely project delivery.
- Oversee internal product management processes and tools to guarantee efficient project planning and execution.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as technical studies, public health, communications, information systems, marketing, or management.
- A minimum of 2 years of product management experience, ideally within healthcare IT or the pharmacy sector.

- Product Management or Agile certification would be advantageous.
