Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance for regional Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) contract activities in partnership with the Regional TTA Coordinator and the Regional Office.
- Organize and facilitate events for regional TTA meetings, including virtual gatherings.
- Execute essential clerical tasks, including data entry, document management, and recordkeeping.
- Collect and prepare data from various governmental systems to monitor and report TTA activities.
- Aid the Regional TTA Coordinator in generating timely monthly and quarterly reports, as well as managing travel plans and ensuring Enterprise System records remain current.
- Contribute to the preparation of the annual regional Office of Head Start Professional Development Plan.
- Undertake additional responsibilities in support of the TTA Coordinator's initiatives or as designated by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
- Execute other tasks as assigned by management to further organizational objectives.
- A two-year college degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in data aggregation and report generation from various sources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or comparable software.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational abilities, adept at managing multiple tasks and meeting stringent deadlines.
- Experience providing administrative support to virtual teams, particularly in project management or contracts.
- Preferred background in event coordination and planning.
- Keen attention to detail and the capability to prioritize effectively.
- Proven problem-solving skills and sound judgment in decision-making processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building with colleagues, clients, and supervisors.
- Familiarity with MS Teams, SharePoint, and Monday.com is advantageous.
