As an independent contractor supporting our non-profit trade association, you will play a vital role in our ongoing operations. The ideal candidate will provide crucial administrative assistance to our Executive Director and support various initiatives such as advocacy, event planning, and membership management. Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver administrative support to the Executive Director
- Utilize Office365, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, and other professional tools
- Aid in managing membership through NoviAMS (prior experience not necessary)
- Efficiently manage emails and scheduling
- Collaborate with event committee chairpersons for planning and execution of events
- Serve as the main point of contact for membership inquiries
- Create digital flyers and artwork for events
- Attend significant events including Golf Tournaments, Annual Business Meeting, Winter Gala, and State Convention
The successful candidate will possess the following skills to excel in this role:
- Proficiency in Office365 and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Capability to manage daily tasks with flexibility
- Self-starter mentality with strong initiative
- Experience with digital platforms and applications is preferred

- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Independent contractor status is required
- Completion of DISC and Working Genius assessments to foster a healthy workplace culture
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
