Job Overview

As a General Liability Associate, you will take on a diverse caseload, navigating each case from initiation to conclusion. This role emphasizes collaboration with colleagues while ensuring compliance with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation caseload independently, guiding cases from inception to resolution.
• Work in close partnership with fellow attorneys and partners on various legal initiatives.
• Regularly conduct court appearances and depositions.
• Maintain open communication with clients, providing updates and status reports.

Required Skills

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in Nevada.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in general liability, premises liability, trucking, and transportation.
