Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate an in-depth understanding of tissue processing and embedding, particularly within histopathology.
- Spearhead the planning, development, and execution of product management strategies for designated product lines.
- Deliver product training and resources to sales and application teams to drive revenue growth and achieve strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure the successful execution of product-related projects.
- Conduct market analysis and solicit customer feedback to pinpoint product opportunities and areas for enhancement.
- Define product specifications and recommend enhancements, alongside proposing new products to diversify the portfolio.
- Oversee customer evaluations, beta testing, and controlled releases for new offerings.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and nurture products effectively.
- Profound understanding of tissue processing and embedding techniques.
- Familiarity with upstream and downstream marketing methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical aptitude for interpreting market research and customer insights.
- Preferred certification/registration (e.g., HT (ASCP), QIHC(ASCP), MT(ASCP)).
- A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience within the clinical or research sector, or a comparable blend of education and experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in histopathology or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
