Key Responsibilities
- Independently oversee a defense litigation caseload from inception through resolution, including dispositive motions, mediation, resolution negotiations, or trial.
- Collaborate with a talented team of attorneys and partners on diverse legal projects, ensuring a cohesive approach to case management.
- Actively participate in court appearances, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, offering strategic updates and legal advice.
- Strong background in deposition preparation, trial preparation, and motion practice.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Proficient in managing civil litigation cases and navigating complex legal environments.
- Ability to effectively interact with clients, providing insightful and strategic legal counsel.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in New York.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation, with a preference for professional liability expertise.

- Salary Range: \(125,000—\)145,000 USD, based on experience and qualifications.
