Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to early childcare programs, ensuring effective resolution of product and service inquiries, both remotely and in person.
- Conduct informative training sessions for program directors and staff, utilizing webinars and instructor-led formats.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials for both in-person and online formats.
- Support client retention by onboarding new clients and guiding them through implementation processes.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports within various reporting databases.
