You will play an integral role in supporting the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation through to delivery, ensuring effective communication and execution across diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Commercial Casualty team to assist in the creation, testing, and tracking of project requirements, fostering effective communication among product, IT, data science, marketing, and sales.
- Partner with IT and data science teams to ensure project requirements are well-defined and aligned with development objectives and timelines.
- Contribute to every phase of product development, from gathering requirements to supporting development and managing product launches.
- Maintain regular communication with internal teams to collect feedback, ensure alignment, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of product offerings.
- Engage in sales discussions by articulating the product's value proposition and demonstrating how it aligns with client objectives, leading discussions and product demonstrations to instill client confidence.
- Conduct data analysis on both internal and external data sets to assess quality and suitability, generating actionable insights to inform management decisions.
- Collaborate with prospective users to ascertain their needs and translate them into actionable product specifications.
- Assist in the development and management of a product roadmap that aligns with broader organizational objectives, prioritizing features based on changing business requirements.
- Oversee and prioritize the product backlog, adapting to any changes in requirements to maintain alignment with business goals.
- Support product enhancements by collaborating with product teams and end-users to resolve issues and implement improvements.
- Actively participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Regularly update and maintain documentation to ensure clarity and consistency across product resources.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities, with a focus on problem-solving and collaboration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear presentation of information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Software Development, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant experience in product management or similar roles.
