Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all facets of large-scale data center campus construction.
• Serve as the primary liaison for internal teams and external clients, ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget.
• Monitor site infrastructure, substation, and core/shell construction, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Manage daily project activities, including scheduling and financial oversight.
• Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting, cash flow projections, and monthly invoicing.
• Facilitate Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular delay surveys and collaborate with project managers to adjust timelines as necessary.
• Aid in the compilation of close-out documents and maintenance agreements as projects near completion.
  
  

Required Skills

• Extensive experience in construction project management, particularly with large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in project management software, including Procore and other construction management tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• OSHA certification and a solid understanding of safety protocols in construction environments.
• Familiarity with green building practices is a plus.
• PMP certification is preferred.
  
  

Qualifications

• A relevant college degree or equivalent practical experience in construction management or a related field.
• Significant experience in managing large construction projects; experience with data center development is advantageous.

Compensation And Benefits

• Base Salary: \(140,000 - \)180,000 with performance-based bonuses.
