- Conduct 110-130 daily record merges within the ministry’s CRM system.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of constituent biographical information.
- Generate daily activity reports and perform weekly quality control assessments.
- Manage sensitive donor data with the highest level of confidentiality and care.
- Previous experience in data processing is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management is required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities are a must.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Relevant experience in data processing is required.
