Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development and enhancement of our product and capacity databases, concentrating on the monitoring of historical data and forecasting demand trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and capacity to outline data pipeline requirements for new product initiatives and evolving strategies.
• Aggregate, integrate, and uphold data from diverse sources while assuring data quality and integrity, transforming this data into insightful visual representations.
• Analyze organizational challenges and partner with teams to establish data requisites, assess trends, and propose actionable solutions.
• Factor in product, hardware, and data center limitations during the planning phase, ensuring that your solutions are both practical and executable.
• Create and enhance demand forecasting models to anticipate future trends and support strategic company decisions.
• Examine extensive datasets to guide business choices, balancing operational needs with capital investments.
• Contribute to the development of capacity planning models and analytical tools aimed at tracking and optimizing capacity performance.
  
  

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related discipline.
• Strong enthusiasm for data manipulation and the conversion of raw data into practical insights.
• Proficiency in SQL and a solid grasp of database architecture principles.
• Familiarity with data warehouses or data lakes.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or Julia.
• Expertise in data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Plotly, Excel, etc.).
• Understanding of cloud computing components such as virtual machines, hypervisors, and networking fundamentals.
