Key Responsibilities
- Design and coordinate electrical systems for a range of projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial.
- Collaborate with mechanical and plumbing engineering teams to ensure the integration of all systems.
- Prepare and review plans, specifications, and schematics ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Conduct load calculations and provide designs for both commercial and residential projects.
- Support new construction designs and remodeling initiatives for various buildings, ranging from apartments to healthcare facilities.
- Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office software to prepare and manage project documentation.
- Offer technical guidance and updates to design teams, supervisors, inspectors, and clients.
- Monitor project schedules to guarantee timely project delivery.
- Engage in field assessments and conduct as-built reviews for existing systems prior to project execution.
- Execute quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) assessments on plans before client submission.
- Respond to submittals and requests for information (RFIs) efficiently.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout the design and review processes.

- At least 7 years of experience in electrical engineering design for various project types.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and plumbing engineering principles.

- Familiarity with fire alarm and sprinkler system design is advantageous.
