Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement upgrades to facility equipment and utilities.
- Produce accurate estimates promptly.
- Create designs and budgets for capital initiatives, new equipment, and significant repairs.
- Mentor maintenance and setup technicians on electrical best practices.
- Ensure seamless equipment operation and swiftly address electrical failures.
- Maintain open lines of communication with supervisory personnel.
- Lead project management efforts and supervise the technical functions of team members.
- Provide necessary administrative and technical assistance to the team.
