Key Responsibilities

• Lead deal analytics, performance tracking, and cross-departmental initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with compliance, operations, and finance teams to ensure effective execution of partnerships.
• Develop and uphold financial models to evaluate unit economics and deal-specific returns.
• Establish segmentation strategies for each Flow Lending partner to improve profitability insights.
• Create dashboards and reports providing actionable insights into business performance.
• Align analytical efforts with overarching business objectives and strategic goals.
• Evaluate new Flow Lending opportunities through data analysis and partnership assessment.
• Engage in deal structuring to guarantee robust financial returns while mitigating risks.
• Monitor performance trends and identify areas for enhancement.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses including new product modeling and strategic scenario evaluations.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Flow Lending partnerships, engaging with partners to optimize results for stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to senior leadership, showcasing critical insights.
• Ensure all processes and documentation comply with regulatory and internal standards.
• Develop data visualizations that support strategic decision-making and business initiatives.
• Remain informed about compliance requirements and proactively address any potential issues.
  
  

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant analytical discipline (mathematics, finance, statistics, computer science, economics, or engineering). A Master's degree is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in financial modeling, valuation, or credit facility management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA skills are a plus) and familiarity with analytical tools such as SQL, SAS, or Python.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to interpret complex datasets and apply predictive modeling techniques.
• Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach.
