Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of highway design and engineering projects, ensuring meticulous attention from planning to construction support.
- Deliver outstanding results by ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within financial constraints, and adhere to the highest quality standards while surpassing client expectations.
- Act as the Engineer of Record for designated projects as necessary.
- Engage in business development efforts, participating in client interactions, proposal creation, and presentations.
- Provide mentorship and technical support to junior members of the team, fostering their professional growth.
- A minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience in highway design and engineering.
- Strong project management ability with a history of successful project completions.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is essential.
- Licensed as a Professional Engineer (P.E.).
