Job Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Human Resources Administrator to become a vital member of our team. In this pivotal role, you will facilitate the daily operations of our Human Resources department by managing essential administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for daily office operations.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors while providing comprehensive support to visitors.
  • Track and manage the inventory of office supplies, placing orders as necessary.
  • Organize office events, including team-building activities and conferences, to enhance workplace culture.
  • Ensure optimal office functionality by overseeing common areas and managing correspondence.
  • Provide administrative assistance, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Supervise and maintain office equipment, collaborating with IT to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work in conjunction with the HR team to revise and uphold office policies.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
  • Collaborate with HR to design and implement efficient recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage departmental expense forms.
  • Participate in HR initiatives, including job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Facilitate employee benefits programs, including open enrollments and training sessions.
  • Attend and support employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Address employment-related inquiries, referring complex issues to appropriate HR personnel.
  • Carry out routine HR tasks, such as managing benefits, recognition programs, and communication channels.
