Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead IAM planning and implementation initiatives, collaborating with clients to develop and execute IAM strategies that fulfill business objectives.
- Supervise comprehensive access (re)certification processes, ensuring adherence to validation protocols for precision and thoroughness.
- Offer expert advice on IAM business methodologies, pinpointing needs, and establishing control-based solutions.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with third-party vendors, overseeing IAM processes and standards.
- Assess and interpret business requirements, designs, and architectures to forge IT security solutions that encompass diverse technologies, businesses, and user types.
- Design and engineer IAM platforms, solutions, and services tailored to client specifications.
- Integrate IAM solutions with existing applications and operational services.
- Leverage expertise across various IAM platforms and technologies, providing hands-on support across systems.
- Over 7 years of experience in the implementation, configuration, and deployment of global IAM programs.
- In-depth knowledge of IAM protocols, including LDAP, AD, and Federation protocols (SAML/OIDC).
- Extensive experience with web technologies such as XML, SPML/SOAP, web and application servers, and databases (MSSQL, MySQL).
- Proficient understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, security and IT controls, and associated standards.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with varying levels of management across multiple business lines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to interface with client executives.
- Strong program/project management capabilities, adept at juggling multiple priorities and driving results.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in IAM program implementation and management.
- Proven experience working with IAM platforms, designing and engineering IAM solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
