Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead IAM planning and implementation projects, partnering with clients to design and execute IAM solutions that align with their organizational objectives.
- Supervise comprehensive access (re)certification processes, ensuring adherence to validation procedures for accuracy and completeness.
- Offer expert consultation on IAM business processes, identifying requirements and implementing effective control-based business strategies.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with third-party vendors, overseeing IAM processes and controls effectively.
- Analyze and interpret business requirements and architectures to create IT security solutions across diverse technologies and user groups.
- Engineer and design customized IAM platforms, solutions, and services tailored to client specifications.
- Integrate IAM solutions seamlessly with existing applications and business services.
- Demonstrate hands-on expertise across multiple IAM platforms and technologies.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in designing, configuring, and deploying global IAM programs.
- In-depth knowledge of IAM protocols such as LDAP, Active Directory, and Federation protocols (SAML/OIDC).
- Extensive expertise with web technologies including XML, SPML/SOAP, application servers, and databases (MSSQL, MySQL).
- Solid experience in business process management, internal control risk management, and IT security controls.
- Proven ability to work with various management levels and across multiple business lines.
- Strong communication and facilitation capabilities, with a history of engaging effectively with client executives.
- Exceptional program/project management skills with a track record of managing competing priorities and achieving results.
- Hands-on experience with IAM platforms, including designing and engineering IAM solutions, and integrating them with various systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft-based IAM platforms (e.g., Azure AD, Entra ID) is advantageous.
- Understanding of NIST security frameworks and scripting abilities (JavaScript/Python) are preferred.
- Previous employment with global SI or Big 4 consulting firms (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, IBM) is beneficial.
