We are looking for a highly skilled Senior IT Security Engineer with a strong background in endpoint security for enterprise environments, including Windows, iOS, MacOS, and Android systems. This pivotal role merges advanced technical expertise with policy-oriented solutions to enhance the organization’s security posture.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, remediate, and mitigate security vulnerabilities for both workstation and mobile environments.
- Perform thorough testing and assessment of critical applications and operating system updates to uncover potential security risks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the security of applications, operating systems, and hardware across the organization.
- Design and implement secure user experiences tailored to meet business requirements.
- Coordinate and document effective solutions for identified vulnerabilities.
- Establish and maintain security benchmark standards to ensure minimal disruption to production environments.
- Work with various teams to align security initiatives with corporate policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Proficiency in Active Directory, MDM, SCCM, and GPOs.
- Solid experience with Windows 10⁄11, kiosks, and mobile environments (iOS, MacOS, Android).
- Understanding of CVE vulnerability management, OS security, and third-party application security.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a knack for preparing detailed technical documentation.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry certifications coupled with experience.
- Over 5 years of experience in security engineering focusing on desktop and mobile infrastructure within a large enterprise context.
- Proven track record of implementing security frameworks and benchmarks (such as STIG, NIST, and CIS) with minimal user disruption.
