Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support a multi-tenant environment, integrating both cloud-based and on-premises systems in collaboration with our 24⁄7 Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC).
- Deliver outstanding support to our managed customers, ensuring timely troubleshooting and resolution of service-impacting incidents.
- Implement requested modifications, document procedures, and adjust existing environments as necessary.
- Uphold adherence to network security best practices.
- A solid foundation in networking with an intricate understanding of network topology and schematics.
- Mastery of network protocols including TCP, UDP, ICMP, alongside technologies such as HTTP/S, SSH, and Telnet.
- Exceptional troubleshooting capabilities concerning networking issues, including routing, access, and firewall configurations.
- Familiarity with tools such as nmap, tcpdump, and log analysis for packet and session analysis.
- Knowledge of network ACLs, load balancers, and other enterprise technologies (e.g., WAF, network IDS/IPS).
- Proficient command of Linux CLI.
- Experience with threat detection tools based on packet analysis.
