Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and develop innovative algorithms for remote sensor data exploitation.
- Exhibit expertise in Python and C , demonstrating robust software design and architectural skills.
- Create proof-of-concept tools for signal and image processing, as well as data exploitation utilizing Python.
- Improve Python-based tools employed in machine learning, modeling, and simulation efforts.
- Assess the performance and quality of algorithms and sensor systems.
- Collaborate within an Agile team setting and contribute to collective development tools.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python and C .
- Strong foundation in software design and architecture.
- Experience with low-latency data processing, fusion, and tracking algorithms.
- Knowledge of signal processing, image processing, and data exploitation techniques.
- Capacity to work cooperatively within an Agile team framework.
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in physical sciences, mathematics, engineering, or computer science.
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience with C , Python, and Linux operating systems (education may substitute for some experience).
- Experience with OPIR, E/O, SAR, Spectral, RF, or other remote sensing data.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Boulder, CO.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
