Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the customer experience following a purchase, enabling users to manage prescriptions, monitor health progress, and easily access resources through our application.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to create an engaging and seamless experience for customers throughout their healthcare journey.
- Drive the product experience for new offerings, ensuring the app integrates effortlessly with newly introduced products, ranging from prescriptions to lab tests.
- Represent the voice of the customer by utilizing data and feedback to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
- Analyze user behavior insights and research to pinpoint opportunities for experience optimization and pain point elimination.
- Develop the product roadmap informed by customer insights and work across departments to implement features that meaningfully impact key business objectives.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within rapidly growing consumer health or e-commerce startups.
