As a Product Manager, you will take on a pivotal role in the development of product strategies, ensuring high-quality outputs and enhancing client satisfaction. You will serve as the key liaison among stakeholders and internal teams, aligning business objectives with advanced technological solutions to create a significant impact.

This position necessitates proximity to our Providence, RI office, facilitating a flexible or hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to capture and refine their product vision, steering them toward impactful strategies.
• Manage the complete software development lifecycle, partnering closely with engineers and designers to prioritize, plan, and deliver superior solutions.
• Utilize excellent communication skills to advocate for practical and innovative solutions across various business and technical challenges.
• Conduct product discovery sessions, identifying risks, performing user interviews, and gathering insights to enhance user experiences.
• Collaborate with proficient designers to create prototypes and execute user testing to validate product decisions.
• Lead agile development practices and guide clients in appreciating the benefits of iterative and flexible methodologies.
• Translate client objectives into actionable roadmaps, managing backlogs of user stories and ensuring the timely delivery of functional software.
• Organize and facilitate essential project operations such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Oversee project budgets and timelines, providing transparent updates to internal teams and clients.
  
  

Required Skills

• 4 years of experience in product management for B2C or B2B web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in defining and prioritizing product features.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a talent for mentoring others.
• Collaborative approach to effectively engage with engineers, designers, and clients in complex decision-making scenarios.
• Proven success within agile/lean methodologies and experience working with agile teams.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• A background in engineering or design is advantageous.
• Experience in FinTech or financial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with business models, user acquisition strategies, and pricing strategy design is highly valued.

• Competitive base salary: \(120,000-\)155,000
