Key Responsibilities
- Innovate subscription models and payment strategies to enhance user conversion and improve both core and premium offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to evaluate pricing structures, freemium models, and supplementary services.
- Design customized onboarding pathways that accommodate users of varying experience levels, ensuring a seamless introduction to our product.
- Partner with design and content teams to create compelling and welcoming initial user experiences that foster activation and integration.
- Formulate and implement product-led growth strategies targeting subscription increases and upselling opportunities.
- Align with marketing to guarantee that campaigns, promotions, and in-product experiences are synergistic and enhance user engagement.
- Enhance backend systems related to payment processing and subscriptions in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Streamline processes for trials, renewals, and declined payments to reduce friction and elevate the user experience.
- Conduct research to identify conversion barriers and leverage data for informed growth strategies.
- Utilize analytics and A/B testing to refine conversion paths, onboarding processes, and activation approaches.
- Serve as a liaison among marketing, engineering, design, and analytics teams to ensure effective execution of initiatives.
- Advocate for user requirements while aligning them with the broader business objectives and collaborate with other product managers for cohesive strategies across various product domains.
- 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in subscription-based industries or wellness/fitness technology.
- Proven track record in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments, with a readiness to pivot based on data and collaborate across teams.
- Demonstrated success in executing strategies that enhance user acquisition, engagement, and activation, particularly in onboarding experiences.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and KPI tracking.
- Technical product management knowledge, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams while understanding technical limitations.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with experience engaging with cross-functional teams.
- A deep-seated passion for health and wellness, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of the industry’s challenges and opportunities.
- A minimum of 4 years in product management is required.
- Prior experience in a dynamic startup or scale-up environment is crucial.
- Proven achievements in driving user engagement and success in onboarding processes.

- This role is fully remote for candidates based in California, Arkansas, Minnesota, Florida, Tennessee, or Texas.
- Occasional travel may be necessary for in-person team engagements.
- Compensation package ranges from \(110,000 to \)130,000 annually, inclusive of equity options.
