Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to articulate and refine their product vision, steering them towards impactful strategic objectives.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle, partnering closely with engineers and designers to prioritize, plan, and deliver outstanding solutions.
- Utilize effective communication to advocate for innovative solutions across various business and technical challenges.
- Conduct product discovery engagements, identifying risks and gathering insights through user interviews to enhance user experiences.
- Partner with skilled designers to develop prototypes and execute user testing to validate product decisions.
- Lead agile development processes, guiding clients in embracing the principles of iterative and flexible methodologies.
- Translate client goals into actionable roadmaps, managing backlogs and ensuring the timely delivery of functional software.
- Organize and facilitate essential project operations including sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules, providing transparent updates to internal teams and clients.
- 4 years of product management experience in B2C or B2B web and mobile applications.
- Proven ability to define and prioritize product features effectively.
- Strong leadership qualities and exceptional communication skills, with a capability to mentor peers.
- Collaborative approach, adept at working with engineers, designers, and clients in complex decision-making scenarios.
- Demonstrated success in agile/lean methodologies and experience with agile teams.
- Superior organizational and time-management abilities.
- A background in engineering or design is advantageous.
- Experience in FinTech or financial services is preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of business models, user acquisition strategies, and pricing strategy design is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in product management or a related field.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
