Position Title: Product Manager - Remote/Work From Home

Job Overview

We are in search of an accomplished Product Manager who possesses a strong enthusiasm for addressing intricate challenges and has the capability to swiftly analyze the mechanics of web applications. In this pivotal role, you will engage in user research, document essential requirements, and collaborate closely with a development team to introduce new functionalities to our clients' websites, thereby significantly enhancing their business performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops to comprehensively understand our clients’ business objectives and needs.
• Oversee the product roadmap from conception through to implementation, including collecting requirements, establishing key performance indicators, designing the user experience, and driving the execution process.
• Identify, evaluate, and define product opportunities while spearheading the development of new features.
• Act as the primary liaison for inquiries pertaining to usability, functionality, and design, both from clients and internal teams.
• Utilize user experience research to identify usability challenges and propose effective solutions to clients.
• Develop high-quality functional specifications documents, wireframes, and comprehensive development roadmaps.
  
  

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in Business Analysis, Usability/User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or Product Management.
• Strong capability to conduct complex research studies for demanding clients.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a track record of delivering high-quality output.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills that foster successful business collaborations.
• Proficient in managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks to meet expectations.
