- Facilitate Professional Learning: Spearhead in-person and virtual workshops and seminars tailored for educators and school leaders.
- Build Partnerships: Engage with schools and districts to promote our programs, leading to curriculum and professional learning collaborations.
- Cultivate Relationships: Maintain and document open communication with educators and leaders within schools and districts.
- Strong communication and facilitation capabilities.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in secondary classroom teaching (grades 7-12).
- At least 3 years of experience in leading professional development or coaching within educational settings.
- Familiarity with social-emotional learning, school culture, and civic education initiatives.
- Proficient in designing technology-enabled professional learning experiences using platforms like Zoom and Google tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in an educational context.
- Comfort in facilitating discussions on sensitive topics related to identity and social justice.
