Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead and oversee the data conversion process for EHR systems, ensuring timely and efficient execution of each phase.
- Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and minimize any disruptions to client operations.
- Create, monitor, and revise project plans, timelines, and status reports to keep all parties informed.
- Identify and assess potential risks throughout the project lifecycle, developing effective mitigation strategies as needed.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and industry standards.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary to contribute to the project’s overall success.
- Preferably possess experience with EHR systems; knowledge of Long Term Care is advantageous but not essential.
- Proven track record in project management, particularly within large-scale and high-profile projects.
- Strong comprehension of data conversions and proficiency in SQL.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a focus on clarity and teamwork.
- Ability to flourish under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Previous experience with EHR systems is preferred.
