Key Responsibilities

• Drive the successful delivery of projects and programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, budget, and resource allocations.
• Proactively identify and mitigate critical technical and project risks.
• Maintain a robust customer-centric approach, collaborating with all stakeholders to achieve optimal project outcomes.
• Support contract negotiations and contribute to the development of statements of work (SoWs), along with RFI/RFP responses.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and business reviews with clients, offering guidance as necessary.
• Oversee delivery schedules for essential third-party project deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-organizational engineering requests beyond existing contracts.
• Advocate for the implementation of suitable technologies to satisfy client requirements.
  
  

Required Skills

• Demonstrated experience as a software development project manager, IT program/project manager, agile software manager, or scrum master within the IT cloud space.
• Profound knowledge of Linux, open-source technologies, and public cloud ecosystems.
• Background in software engineering.
• Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
