We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and manage activities related to a vital task order. In this pivotal role, you will ensure effective project execution, coordinate dynamic teams, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assume complete responsibility for the project lifecycle, guaranteeing timely and high-quality delivery.
- Supervise a multidisciplinary team, including subcontractors, to optimize workforce utilization.
- Collaborate with governmental stakeholders and contractors to implement Agile methodologies effectively.
- Oversee operations and maintenance (O&M) of systems that serve over one million users and visitors each month.
- Spearhead initiatives to transform and consolidate systems, enhancing efficiency, data quality, and service delivery.
- Implement quality assurance processes to uphold superior standards across all deliverables.
- Articulate ideas clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communication, to align team and client objectives.
- Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
- Formal training or certification in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum Alliance Advanced Certified Scrum Master or Scaled Agile SAFe Advanced Scrum Master.
- Proven experience managing projects of comparable size and complexity.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects with similar scale and complexity.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
