Key Responsibilities
- Assume complete accountability for the entire project lifecycle, guaranteeing timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Supervise a multidisciplinary team, including subcontractors, while ensuring optimal manpower utilization.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders and contractors to implement Agile methodologies.
- Manage the operations and maintenance of systems that serve over one million users and visitors on a monthly basis.
- Drive initiatives to transform and consolidate systems, enhancing efficiency, data integrity, and service delivery.
- Lead quality assurance efforts to uphold rigorous standards across all deliverables.
- Communicate effectively through written and verbal channels to align team and client objectives.
- Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
- Formal training or certification in Agile methodologies such as Scrum Alliance Advanced Certified Scrum Master or Scaled Agile SAFe Advanced Scrum Master.
- Proficient in managing diverse labor categories and skills to accomplish project objectives.
- Exceptional abilities in written and verbal communication to express ideas clearly to varied audiences.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing projects of comparable size and complexity.
- Hands-on experience in a continuous integration and DevOps setting.

- Experience within quality assurance frameworks for similar projects.
