Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to clarify project scope and devise effective solutions.
- Transform vague project proposals into concrete project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Oversee project execution in accordance with established project management lifecycle standards.
- Facilitate collaborative discussions within project teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Lead design discussions for solutions, maintaining focus on scope and timelines.
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks.
- Ensure adherence to project delivery timelines and maintain communication with sponsors and stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough resource analysis and create project plans utilizing capacity management tools.
- Address conflicts and escalate issues as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with various business units, including marketing, product, technology, and facilities, to achieve project objectives.
- Create, execute, and adjust work plans and schedules in collaboration with project teams.
- Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date project documentation, including charters, scopes, and risk management plans.
- Resolve or escalate project-related issues promptly.
- Over 5 years of experience in technical and process project/program management.
- Proven ability to manage both technical and non-technical project teams.
- Experience collaborating with software engineers, database engineers, subject matter experts, business leads, analysts, and Salesforce professionals.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-disciplinary software products and application development projects.
- Strong expertise in applying project management methodologies to develop and execute effective project plans.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving risks and ensuring timely project completion within budget.
- High level of maturity and confidence in interactions with senior team members and in establishing project deliverables.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technical project management.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is advantageous.
