Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the project team and our client, ensuring seamless communication and outstanding performance.
- Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from scope definition to quality assurance and deliverable management.
- Cultivate a collaborative team atmosphere, manage staffing requisites, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Offer strategic insights on IT strategies, including cybersecurity and cloud technologies, while applying Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency.
- Manage program criteria, financial aspects, and continuous improvement projects to ensure success.
- Establish and sustain robust relationships with clients and stakeholders, including Contracting Officer's Representatives (COR) and senior leadership.
- Tackle complex challenges by devising and recommending effective solutions, guiding the team towards project milestones.
- Provide operational support, including assisting with accounting operations and conducting comprehensive research on discrepancies.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, IT-related disciplines, or an MBA in Business Administration.
- Over 10 years of experience in IT project management, with a minimum of 7 years focused on Agile methodologies.
- Prior experience with HHS and/or AHRC projects is essential.
- Proven record in leading software development projects, particularly related to cybersecurity and cloud technologies.
- Strong capability to develop comprehensive work plans, schedules, and resource allocations while upholding quality standards.
- PMP/PMI certification required.
- Scrum Master certification preferred.
