Key Responsibilities
- Assume complete responsibility for the project lifecycle, guaranteeing timely and high-quality delivery.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team, including subcontractors, ensuring effective utilization of personnel.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders and contractors to implement Agile methodologies.
- Oversee the operations and maintenance (O&M) of systems that serve over one million users and visitors on a monthly basis.
- Drive initiatives to transform and integrate systems, enhancing efficiency, data integrity, and service delivery.
- Implement quality assurance processes to uphold superior standards across all deliverables.
- Communicate effectively through both written and verbal means to align with team and client objectives.
- Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
- Formal training or certification in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum Alliance Advanced Certified Scrum Master or Scaled Agile SAFe Advanced Scrum Master.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly articulate ideas to diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams within a performance-based environment.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
